Upgrade path for self-hosted (dockerized) to get from 3.8 to 3.9.13

I’m running Full Text RSS via this docker container:
https://hub.docker.com/r/heussd/fivefilters-full-text-rss

That container git clones from this repo:
https://bitbucket.org/fivefilters/full-text-rss/src/master/

That repo however, is only showing version 3.8, and last updated in 2019. When I check for updates within my application, it takes me here:
https://www.fivefilters.org/version-check/full-text-rss.php?version=3.8&site_config=2014-05-05T08%3A36%3A15Z

Is the latest version of this still open sourced and something we can host locally?

I am not staff but as I understood, the latest major versions are not free. You have to pay to be able to download the latest software version for self-hosting. But currently there is no official docker image for download.

So no upgrade path for your dockerized 3.8.1 at the moment.

Maybe this post could answer some additional questions.
