I use Push to Kindle from my Chrome browser and Send to Kindle from Windows 11. I have no trouble receiving documents on my Kindle app. When I “Permanently Delete” a document, it appears to be removed from my Kindle app. Unfortunately, it reappears the next time I open the app.
I’m using a Samsung tablet (SM-T733) with Kindle for Android 8.109.0.100(2.0.24203.0).
Can someone tell me what I need to do to eliminate documents permanently?
Push to Kindle uses Amazon’s Personal Documents service to deliver articles. Push to Kindle has no control over the article once it reaches your Amazon Kindle account.
One thing you can try is to manage your documents via Amazon’s Manage your Content and Devices page and see if the article you’re trying to delete is listed there in your library. Please try this link to access that page: https://www.amazon.com/hz/mycd/digital-console/contentlist/pdocs/dateDsc
If you find the article, you should be able to delete it using the Delete button.
If that still doesn’t work, you should reach out to Amazon Kindle support for help.
