I am a free user of Push to Kindle. I have sent three articles to my Kindle this month via the Chrome plugin, but only the one I sent today arrived. (Sadly, the ones I sent earlier this month have now slipped my mind, so I can’t send links, but I do know they loaded fine in the preview and were successfully sent.) Everything is verified, I haven’t made changes in a few years. Nothing is pending send.
Is there a way for a free user to access how credits were used? I have seven credits left for the month but only one article to show for it. Thanks!
Hi there, sorry to hear you didn’t receive the articles you sent earlier.
Push to Kindle deducts a credit when it successfully sends an article to the Kindle email address set in Push to Kindle. Our systems have no insight into the Amazon Kindle side of things, so we can’t see if the article delivered to the Amazon Kindle address was actually delivered to your account or not. But that is usually the case. If there’s an issue with the document meaning that it can’t be delivered to your Kindle account, Amazon should automatically notify you via email.
We’re not aware of any delivery issues at the moment, so I cannot say what caused the issue you experienced. If you still have trouble sending articles, please let us know.
