Icon not showing in menu/tool bar
Acts as if being sent properly, correct kindle email entered but nothing received.

I’m not sure what you mean by icon missing. If you’re trying to install our Firefox extension, then sometimes you have to manually add the toolbar button. You can do so by right clicking on the toolbar and selecting ‘Customise…’ from there you’ll be able to drag the icon to the toolbar.
