Extractor issues on spiegel.de

Since the recent redesign of spiegel.de, I see various extractor issues.

Thanks for reporting this. We’ve updated the extraction rules for Spiegel. It might take a few hours for the changes to take effect. Please let us know if you still have issues after that.

Issue #1 is fixed now (intro paragraph), although issue #2 (the quote in orange color after the first paragraph) is still missing. Thank you!

Hi Maximilian,

The orange quote is a pull quote taken from another part of the article. If you search for the quote (CTRL-F) you’ll find that it appears twice: as the pull quote and in the original location in the article. We try to remove pull quotes like this because without the formatting you see on the original site (e.g. large, orange text), it’s not obvious that you’re reading a pull quote in the Kindle version. So we remove it to avoid confusion.
