Change log from 3.8 to 3.9.11?

I am running FTR 3.8 in a docker container, wondering what has changed and if I should buy the upgraded version

plus:

  • PHP 8.1 and 8.2 compatibility fixes
  • HTML5-PHP library updated to version 2.7.6
  • SimplePie library updated to version 1.7.0
  • Site config files updates
  • Fingerprints updated to better support Substack sites on custom domains
  • Minimum PHP version is now 7.2
