Bug: Feed Creator should respect base href tag

Description: Feed Creator generates a RSS with wrong links when a BASE HREF is used in the parsed document.

Example: http://createfeed.fivefilters.org/extract.php?url=wzonline.de/nachrichten/wilhelmshaven.html&in_id_or_class=news-list-title

“nachrichten” is duplicate in the RSS but not in the source.
