I’m testing the app and sent my first article. The send was successful but it’s not showing up on my Kindle. What do I need to do?
Hi there, thanks for trying out Push to Kindle. Usually when an article doesn’t arrive, it has to do with email addresses. The most common causes are:
- The ‘send from’ address hasn’t been whitelisted in your Amazon Kindle account
- The Kindle address hasn’t been entered correctly
