"Javascript support required" when using push to kindle 2.1

Hello to everyone, this is my first post on this forum, so first things first: thank you for having me!

I’m trying to push the following article to Kindle, via the new extension (2.1 beta):

https://rep.repubblica.it/pwa/longform/2020/05/27/news/rsa_morti_coronavirus_trivulzio-257664697/?ref=RHPPTP-BH-I257793309-C12-P7-S1.12-T1

It’s an article behind a paywall. When I was using the old extension, in fact, I received the “Unable to retrieve content” error message.

Right now, however, the new extension does fail too, because the site keeps asking for “New generation browser” which can support Javascript. Do I need to enable javascript in the extension settings? I’m using the latest Chrome update on Windows 10 64bit, if that does matter.

Thank you very much for your support!

Hi there, sorry for the slow reply. Thanks for reporting this issue with Push to Kindle 2.1. We’re going to look into this and see if we can fix it. We’ll update again here when we know more.
